One of the best tutorials on The Weight I've seen and it doesn't take you forever to get to
the point, always a plus. I do have a question on the chord that comes directly after the A
during the chorus, though. Many people hear and play it as A – E/G# – D (x3), then A –
    E/G# – D/F# – E – DD – D, which follows the bass line. You have the 2nd chord as A/G# and
that also seems like it could be correct. They seem to play their songs differently live than
in the studio (The Last Waltz, especially). I think it's the E/G# but it's pretty ambiguous.
Do you have any thoughts on the difference between those two chords?

Cool lesson man!  I totally hear that this one is right!  But, as a newbie playing just 2.5 years I would have loved it if you would have played the song after the instruction.  Thanks!

This is the way Jimmy Page, Jack White, and the Edge played it on It might get loud.

A different way to play this is G, G(shape but one fret lower on the low E), Em, D, C, C, G. Thats the main part and, G, Bm(ithink), D, G for the verses. G, D, C for the take a load off annie part.

Congratulations and thanks for all these great lessons. I love the selection of songs, not to mention the tabs that make it easy to follow and work on.

Congratulations on hitting #500 and what a great song to do. The only thing I can say is, What are you going to do for #1000? Make it big, REALLY big. How about doing a lesson on how to play an entire album? Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon would be very COOL!
